Savannah Ridge Subdivision - Merrillville, IN

The latest phase of Savannah Ridge added 58 lots to the existing subdivision off of W. 73rd Ave., in Merrillville, IN.  This phase also connected Grant St. between US Hwy 30 and W. 73rd Ave, something that Merrillville residents have been desiring for a long time.

We handled all aspects of this phase, to include:

-  Erosion Control

-  Clearing/Grubbing

-  Mass Earthwork

-  All Underground Utilities (Sanitary, Storm,       Water, NIPSCO Conduit)

-  Roadways

-  Asphalt

-  Curbs

This project began in October of 2020 and was fully completed in July of 2021.
