Cardinal Crossing SubdivisionPhase 5 - Portage, IN

The most recent phase of Cardinal Crossing subdivision added 40 lots.  This phase also contained a 8'x4' box culvert and a 1.25 acre pond.

On this project, we handled:

-  Mass Earthwork

-  All Underground Utilities (Sanitary, Storm,     Water, NIPSCO Conduit)

-  Roadways

-  Asphalt

-  Curbs

This project began in November of 2019 and was completed in June of 2020.
