Timberland Farms Phase 4

The latest phase of Timberland Farms added 40 lots to the existing subdivision off of Meridian Rd, in Porter County, IN.  This phase continued the existing development to the south, with the next phase eventually connecting to Porter Business Park and the Northwest Health Hospital - Porter Campus.

We handled all aspects of this phase, to include:

-  Mass Earthwork

-  All Underground Utilities (Sanitary, Storm,       Water, NIPSCO Conduit)

-  Roadways

-  Asphalt

-  Curbs

-  Precast Arch Span Bridge

This project began in September of 2021 and is completed, with the exception of the con-span bridge, as of November 2021.
